Horrible! Took over an hour to get my food.

The food is really good. The prices are great and the staff is really nice.

We all like Patricias always make us feel welcome and always have great good and the owners always asking how are my girls and family always make us feel welcome thank you ..

I recommend the 'Molcajete' a bit of everything very satisfying! I have been visiting this restaurant with my family for over 10 years!

A lot of their food is close to the food I grew up with. I like going here for their meat ball soup (albóndiga). It is soo good. The place itself is very much a mom and pop ambiance so this is not a special “date night” spot. The service is a little slow so you have to go in there with a little patience. That’s the reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review. We keep going back because it is cheap, delicious and we love chips with beans as appetizers when you eat in.

Great family run place. Never had a bad meal. Service is always great and friendly. Was the first place I was taken to when I moved to the area and continue to go 6 years later.

My son said that the tongue was delicious, enchiladas were enchiladas.

Excellent choice. Not sure of all the names of each plate, but my second time there. It was good. Planing a nother visit for sure. Real soon👍 busy busy. But fast service.

Delicious Mexican food. Can get crowded so plan to wait. Chile relleno plate and tamale was a little too covered in cheese and sauce but some people like it that way. One of my favorite Mexican food spots.

Usually love this spot... Perro today idk disappointed... picked up a shrimp cocktail and nopale Salad.. i told the rude lady on the phone No Onion, No Toms. Smh everything all takeout out cause Quarantine... get to my destination.. to find Tomatoes in the cocktail and and no shrimp 🤣 Im like thought it was supposed to be shrimp cocktail... Nopale salad no flavor..like casa sanchez nopale salad 🤣 2 strikes on them already. Last time enchiladas Tortillas were hard as hell... idk if they changed cooks or what is going on but not sure if ill come back for the 3rd strike

I havent had authentic Mexican food for a few years now since I was stationed in OK. Not only was their customer service awesome, they serve Lengua and its beyond amazing. I'd recommend this establishment to anyone.

Was really craving chile colorado and found this place based on searching Google. Maybe the reviews are good because it is Bixby Knolls area. I read through many of these reviews and wonder what authentic is to them. In any case, they warm food in the microwave and it really isn't authentic. In fact I've never in my 40 years have had chile colorado that wasn't spicy. Absolutely not a hint of spice. Until after ordering did I notice Yelp had a completely different census of reviews..

I asked for extra cilantro on my taco order. They must have assumed I am a taco connoisseur because they stacked the tacos to the friggin ceiling. #1 A+ delicious tacos with enough cilantro to plant an herb garden.

I love this place. It’s like coming home. Authentic Mexican food made to order. You cannot rush perfection if so then go get fast food. The food is delicious and portions are enormous. Mostly the service is friendly and welcoming. If you are looking to have delicious authentic Mexican food come here. The owner will always take time to make you feel at home.

I love good Mexican food and we decided to try Patricia's today. I orrdered the beef hard shell tacos and my wife got a combo plate of chili relleno and cheese enchalada. The complimentary chips with beans and green sauce was great. Actually the only great thing we were served. Beef had almost no taste except a weird seasoning. I couldn't get enough sauce on it to make them good. The combo plate was almost no flavor too. Great service, nice atmosphere, and a good size crowd. I never had Mexican food like that before.

I use to loved the barbacoa..we ordered a lot of times for our family reunions..but..today I was craving some,was dark and dry,the flavor weird...I'm sooo disappointed 😞

I had pictures I don't know if you guys are going to be able to see them but anyways my husband and I we had chicken and mole beans and rice and salad the atmosphere is nice and quiet too quiet so if you wanted noise then bring your own Pandora with you so you can listen to your music I did today and nobody said nothing to me about it so I guess it's fine the food is really good I've been my husband and I we've been going to eat there for quite a while now and the food quality is a lot they feed you a lot matter fact they they did downsize a place a little bit but it's still a lot of food we had to bring home our food so we got really full and it is a Mom and Pop's restaurant and they make fresh salsa everyday and freshwater Jamaica lemonade iced tea and others so enjoy

For authentic, home style Mexican food, you’re gonna wanna eat here. My family has been coming here since this place opened in 2001 and have weaved Patricia’s into our lives ever since. Mixed ceviche, shrimp cocktail and fish soup are top pics for seafood. You really can’t go wrong with anything here.

While I ordinarily stop by Patricia's for lunch or dinner, I fou myself there for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. I had one of their combos, 2 eggs over easy with bacon, hashbrowns and a couple pancakes, and everything was cooked to perfection. The portions were adequate ( I left content but not stuffed), the bacon crisp, pancakes light and fluffy, hashbrowns fresh not tired/greasy and both eggs just right 😀 My ordinary go to's are the carnitas and the chile verde meal, but I will be back for breakfast!

I would put 5 stars but there was a very rude cashier lady. She has glasses and light brown hair. The food is super awesome and the rest of the people there are so cool and nice. The owner is the best! Definitely recommend going there when the glasses lady isn't there.

Good food and pleasing service. Large variety of Mexican dishes not seen in other restaurants and wide menu choices. Casual atmosphere. All food is prepared on site and is very fresh. Give it a try.
